John Krasinski, Jim from "The Office", and his Jack Spade Computer Bag

The Office star "Jim Halpert" (John Krasinski) and the Devil Wears Prada star "Emily" (Emily Blunt) was spotted at LAX while John was carrying a Jack Spade Computer Field Bag. The Nylon bag costs USD 195.00. It looks like there aren't that many messenger computer bags for guys to choose. The bag doesn't particularly interest me except its price. I decided to dig more information about this brand.

Jack Spade was started by Andy Spade and his wife Kate in lower Manhattan with the simple idea to make bags were neither overly precious nor boring basics. They sold their first messenger bag to a hardware store in 1997. Over the years, their products have been known for functional and stylish. Jack Spade not only sells bags but also men's clothing and accessories now.

The bag is apparently made for men for its simplicity and plain color. There's no additional pockets in the bag. I couldn't help but wonder "How is this bag more functional than other Nylon computer bags when I don't really see any special features with this bag. We all like good stuff, but we want to shop smart, don't we?  Unless you're buying it for its brand name, I'd suggest you to check other bags that costs only half of it. After all, it's just NYLON.
