So the first time I started buying French Open tickets was 2012. I was so confused about where and how I can get tickets without paying ridiculous amount to the broker. Apparently there're numerous websites selling French Open tickets - most of them at premium prices since they need to make a 200% margin.
The only website you need to visit is the official French Open , and if you're buying individual tickets like I do (and most people), they start selling at 10am on March 11th (Paris time).
If you want to see the players, especially on the last few tournament days, you only need to look at tickets for P. Chatrier because that's the major court.
Category 1 has the closest seats to the tennis court, but there'll be private boxes in front of Cat 1 area. Box seats were available before 2013 but now you can purchase these bests seats when you purchase the premium packages. Here's the price list listed on the official website.
The prices have gone up a lot since 2012. Below is the old prices I paid for. It was a pretty good deal to buy weekly pass but it seems like they don't have weekly pass anymore for 2015.
Tickets for tournament from June 3 to June 9 2013 (men's and women's quarter finals, semi-finals, and finals)
Say you already miss the date and you still want to look for tickets at reasonable prices. You might want to check viagogo, which is the official certified ticket exchange platform by Roland Garros. See you guys at Roland Garros this year!
