So do we. This is why we're recommending this app to you if you have the same problem like us. This app really works! (At least for us). Sleep Cycle Alarm Clock is an application available on itune which tracks your sleeping patterns and it will find the best timing to wake you up when you're in a light sleep. Almost feel like you wake up naturally!
If you want to wake up at 830 in the morning, it uses a 30 minutes window to find the best time to wake you up so you feel well-rested.
We are not sure how convincing the sleeping pattern graphs are, but we do agree the app helps us to get up easier!
